Fine Art:

• Paintings are shipped within 3 weeks.
• Art prints are shipped within 1 week.
• Artwork will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Once shipped, please allow 3-15 business days for delivery.

T-shirts:

• For US orders, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
• International orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, but shipping and customs could take an additional few days to few weeks.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Please email me to discuss your problem before returning any items.  All items are made on demand, so I cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for non-damaged products.

If you are not satisfied with your item please return as packaged within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs cannot be covered unless the item is damaged or there is a mistake on my part.  Any returned item that shows obvious signs of use will not incur a full refund.

Custom orders can only be returned by agreement with myself. Items that are damaged must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Item must be shipped with tracking confirmation, and an email with the tracking must be sent.

Where the return policy differs, it will be stated on the individual product page.

First off, if you are interested in having a custom animal silhouette made, I do take them, but please leave me some room to be creative! You tell me the animal, the color, the layout, and just a little of what you’d like the background to be and we’ll go from there. There will be an additional $50 charge, and it’s only applicable to paintings.

My designs take careful measurements to look correct so I’ve gone ahead and created hanging instructions to help you out.

Yes, if you don’t think it’s safe to leave the package at your front door, just contact me and I can add the confirmation. Otherwise, your packages will be left in front of your residence.
